Todd Speer, Ph.D.
Co-Founder
Todd excels at building teams to solve complicated challenges in difficult environments. He has experience in humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations. Most importantly, he has a passion for facilitating the success of others. Todd’s experience comes from career military service as an Army Ranger, Green Beret, and Medical Planner. He earned a Ph.D. in International Education and Entrepreneurship.
Mark Alvarez
Co-Founder
Mark is an expert in organizational leadership and crisis action planning. His passion is focused on purposeful endeavors. He uses his career of military service in foreign affairs and plans and operations to solve complex international problems. He is in the process of completing a Ph.D. in International Education and Entrepreneurship.
Kelly Guerrero
Co-Founder
Kelly is exceptional at developing lasting professional relationships. She has a passion for helping those in need. Kelly has extensive knowledge in business policy, marketing, operations and organizational leadership. She has spent over 30-years in corporate business and worked 10+ years as an executive business consultant in a Fortune 500 company.
